By accessing and placing an order with PawVault, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms of service.

Orders & Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Products All products sold by PawVault are intended for pet use only. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, however we cannot guarantee your screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person.

Payment We accept PayPal and other major payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. PawVault does not store your payment information.

Shipping We ship within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. PawVault is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Returns We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability PawVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
